Lesson 4 | In Jesus’ name

Summary of key points

1. Each person is either a slave to sin or a slave of God. We are called to be a captive to Jesus.
2. Satan propagates lies about God and hardens our hearts so we turn away from God. We can’t see the good news of Jesus living inside us.
3. We need to remember how Jesus has demonstrated His love to us and who He is.
4. Otherwise, unbelief will keep us from Jesus’ Sabbath rest for God’s people.
5. Some tests for unbelief.
6. We find perfect peace and rest when we believe in and trust Jesus fully.
